2. Appointments & Scheduling

All mobile service appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled time window, traffic, weather, and prior complex jobs may cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible. You must ensure that our technician has safe and legal access to your RV at the scheduled location.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A diagnostic fee or service call fee may apply regardless of whether a full repair is ultimately authorized or possible on-site. Any parts ordered specifically for your RV may require a non-refundable deposit.

4. Service Limitations

As a mobile service, some repairs may be too extensive or require specialized shop equipment (e.g., full engine rebuilds or major frame straightening). If we determine that your repair cannot be safely or properly completed on-site, we will advise you of the situation. We are not responsible for towing or transportation costs if a shop repair is required.

5. Liability

Camper John's shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to your RV, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
