What is the fastest way to get in touch with you?
The absolute fastest way to reach us is by giving us a call. If we don't pick up immediately, we're likely under a rig or actively working with a customer. Just leave a voicemail or shoot us a quick text, and we'll get back to you as soon as our hands are free.
What information do you need when I call or text?
To help us diagnose the problem faster, it's best to have your RV's make, model, and year handy, along with a clear description of the issue. If it's an appliance or specific part (like a water heater or AC unit), having the brand and model number ready goes a long way.
Do you charge a service call fee to come out?
Yes, as a fully mobile service, we charge a standard trip fee to cover travel to your location. When you call to schedule, we'll give you the exact fee upfront based on where you're parked — no surprises.
Can I schedule a repair for a weekend?
We understand that RVs are mostly used on the weekends. While our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, weekend appointments can sometimes be arranged for emergency, trip-stopping issues depending on our availability.
What if I need an emergency repair?
If your slide-out is stuck out on departure day, or your AC dies in 90-degree heat, let us know it's an emergency when you contact us. We prioritize these critical situations to get you safely back on the road.
